Flip Program Cancellation Policy

Before the program starts:

• Withdrawals/cancellation within 48 hours of registration and before the program starts, $40 administration fee will be charged and the remaining balance will be refunded.
• Withdrawals/cancellation after 48 hours of registration and before the program starts, $40 administration fee will be charged and the remaining balance will be kept as credit in the account for future registrations.
• There will be no administration fee for transferring from one program to another (subject to availability of space).
• Cancellation due to medical reasons - please email a doctor’s note to info@flip-factory.com. Once the note is received, we will process the refund. No administration fee will be charged.
• Programs are subject to cancellation due to insufficient registrations. Customers will be notified and will receive a full refund.

Once the program has started:

• Once the program has started, there will be no cancellation except for medical reasons. A prorated refund from the date of notification will be processed once a doctor’s note is received.
• If you have any concerns after the program has started, please email info@flip-factory.com or call (403) 265-2656 to discuss.

*Refunds will not be provided after the 48 hour grace period without a doctor’s  note.

Flip Parties & Bookings Cancellation Policy

• When booking for a party, full payment for the base package must be made upon booking.
• Add-ons for additional guests or toys can be made up to 1 week before the party date by contacting Flip Office.
• If cancellation within 48 hours of booking - $40 administration fee will be charged and the remaining balance will be refunded.
• There will be no administration fee for transferring from one party date to another (subject to availability).
• If cancellation after 48 hours of booking up till 2 weeks prior to the party date -  $100 cancellation fee will be charged and the remaining balance will be refunded.
• If cancellation less than 2 weeks prior to the party date - No cancellation or refund.
