GYM & JUMP FOR TWEENS & TEENS
This is our Olympic style gymnastics and trampoline program. Boys and girls learn skills and routines using the vault, bars, beams, floor exercise, rings, tumble track and trampolines. Coaches track each participant's skill development using 'Flip Trackers'. This enables kids to pick up from where they've left off each session and keeps the class challenging and level appropriate. Minimum age: 9 years. Maximum age: 14 years 11 months.
