Extreme Sampler incorporates all your favourite extreme activities: parkour, stunt training, Ninja Warrior obstacles, and trampoline! This fast-moving program is designed to improve strength, cardio, and flexibility. Parkour is the sport of moving from one place to another as efficiently as possible; this includes using various vaulting and tumbling skills which can be adapted to an urban environment. Stunt training will include low falls and high falls into the airbag, mini trampoline, staff & sabre. Our Ninja Warrior circuit featuring warped wall, salmon ladder, giant monkey bars, and other obstacles will also be included.
