PARENT & TOT (20m - 4y0m)

Parent & Tot provides a wonderful opportunity for you and your child to explore, exercise, and have fun together! Age appropriate activities are engaging and educational. We introduce an exciting theme each week to keep the class fresh and fun for all. Our 1:9 ratio is the lowest in the city for a parented, gymnastics based program. Parent & Tot classes warm-up in Flip Factory's dance studio for the first 3-4 minutes then utilizes all equipment in the Flip Factory main gym space. This program delivers an exceptional foundation in physical literacy through the use of a wide array of apparatus and activities specially designed for toddlers.

KINDERGYM (3y9m - 6y0m)

Flip Factory's Kindergym provides a solid continuum in physical literacy for life. Through non-parented, independent involvement, we help your child develop the social and physical skills to excel. Children use apparatus such as beams, bars, vaults, rings, trampoline and a variety of modified circus apparatus. Flip Factory participants develop a strong foundation for continuing with gymnastics or circus or for moving into other sports that will benefit from increased strength, flexibility, agility and endurance. Children must be 3 years 9 months at the beginning of the session. Instructor - participant ratio is 1:7.

Create a solid foundation in gymnastics with our Olympic style gymnastics and trampoline program. Boys and girls learn skills and routines using the vault, bars, beams, floor exercise, rings, tumble track and trampolines. Kids are divided into smaller groups based on age and skill level. Gym & Jump classes can accommodate beginners through to intermediate level participants.

Intermediate GYM & JUMP (7y0m - 14y11m)

Boys and girls who have mastered basic to intermediate level skills such as cartwheels on the beam, roundoff and front handspring on floor, pull-overs and back hip circles on bars, can easily climb a rope to the top and can perform a strong, well-executed front flips on trampoline, are encouraged to advance into Intermediate Gym & Jump. This program is also suitable for former pre-competitive gymnasts who want a challenge and want to improve without the pressure of competition or training a large number of hours each week.

Please note that this class has prerequisites and a recommendation from a Flip Factory coach is required. Please contact our office to arrange an evaluation.

Advanced GYM & JUMP (9y0m - 17y11m)

Youth & teen gymnasts who are at an advanced level and able to perform skills such as: roundoff back handspring and front or back walkovers, kip up on bars, handsprings on vault and back flips on the trampoline are encouraged to join the Advanced Gym & Jump program. This program is also suitable for former competitive gymnasts who want to be challenged and have fun without the pressures of competing or training long hours. Minimum age is 9 years. Maximum age is 17 years.

Please note that this class has prerequisites and a recommendation from a Flip Factory coach is required. Please contact our office to arrange an evaluation. .

TRAMPOLINE (15 years and up)

This fully structured Trampoline class is open to beginner to intermediate level participants. Classes will be separated into smaller groups and coached at a skill appropriate level. Each class will also include conditioning in strength and flexibility. No experience is required! This is a great way to work toward your fitness goals, get back in shape, and have fun. Members of this program will also have access to Open Training for a discounted price.
