TOT SPOT

Tot Spot is a 2000 square foot indoor playground on Flip Factory's upper level and separate from the main gym. Floor to ceiling windows surround the space with views of the Calgary skyline and Nose Hill. There is ample soft gym equipment and climbing apparatus designed for crawlers to preschoolers 5 years old and younger. Parents are required to supervise their children in Tot Spot. Baby Spot is a 200 square foot space connected to Tot Spot and specially designed for children who are not yet walking. Baby Spot has equipment designed to encourage movement, exploration and discovery. Drop-ins are welcome in Tot Spot and Baby Spot.

Please note that Tot Spot hours are limited on Wednesday, October 31. Tot Spot and Flip Cafe will be open from 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM.

FAMILY DROP-IN

This program is a great opportunity to check out Flip Factory, have fun and get some exercise! Flip Factory's main gym, trampolines, pit and Tot Spot are all open for the younger crowd. Crawlers to 9 years old are welcome with one parent for every three children. Equipment configurations are safe and suitable for toddlers, preschoolers and youth. Parents or caregivers must be on the gym floor with their children at all times. No charge for parents or babies in carriers!

FRIDAY SAMPLER DROP IN (5y6m - 12y11m)

Experience everything Flip has to offer with this weekly drop-in program - Gymnastics, Trampoline, Circus, Ninja Warrior and Stunts.This is a structured drop-in class for kids 5y6m-12 years old, suitable for beginner - intermediate levels. Coaches lead kids through a fun warm-up before dividing class into smaller groups. Groups are of mixed levels with coaches at each area teaching skills and encouraging participants to work to the best of their ability.

Please note that Friday Sampler is cancelled for the Fall session. Friday Sampler will resume in on January 11.

CIRCUS AERIALS (15 years and up)

Running away with the circus is a great way to keep fit, keep motivated, have fun and cross another one off the bucket list! You do not require any experience or special training, just a desire to learn some very unique skills, develop amazing core strength and be a hot topic of conversation with your friends. Men and women are taught a variety of skills and combinations using aerial silks, aerial hoop and trapeze. Also covered are basic acrobatics and individual or partner balancing. Personalized training programs cater to each individual's goals and fitness objectives.

TRAMPOLINE (15 years and up)

You're never too old to flip! This class accommodates beginners through to advanced recreational participants. A safe approach is taken to ensure basics and non-inverted skills are mastered before advancing onto flipping skills. The class is mixed levels. It's a great work out and lots of fun! Flip has a total of 5 full sized trampolines and 40 foot and 20 foot long tumble track trampolines.

SUMMER KINDERGYM (3y9m - 5y11m)

This structured drop-in class for preschoolers aged 3y9m - 5y11m runs through July & August. Flip Factory's Kindergym provides a solid continuum in physical literacy for life. Through non-parented, independent involvement, we help your child develop the social and physical skills to excel. Children use apparatus such as beams, bars, vaults, rings, trampoline and a variety of modified circus apparatus.

SUMMER SAMPLER (6y0m - 12y11m)

This structured drop-in class for kids 6 - 12 years old runs through July & August. Suitable for beginner to intermediate levels, Summer Sampler provides opportunities to try: Circus, Gymnastics, Trampoline, Ninja Warrior, Stunt Training and Parkour. Coaches lead kids through a fun warm-up before dividing class into smaller groups. Groups rotate every 15-20 minutes to a different activity. Groups are of mixed levels with coaches at each area teaching skills and encouraging participants to work to the best of their ability.

SUMMER EXTREME

This fast moving program is designed to improve strength, cardio and flexibility through parkour type of activities (applied or urban gymnastics), stunt training (low falls, high falls, mini tramp, staff & sabre manipulation) and trampoline. Parkour is the sport of moving from one place to another as efficiently as possible; this includes using various vaulting and tumbling skills which can be adapted to an urban environment. Once students have mastered various skills, the skills are integrated into obstacle courses which include vaults, bars, ropes and rings. Summer Extreme runs through July & August!
