This high-intensity circuit training class will incorporate circus apparatuses into a fun and unique fitness class. Participants will be led through a fitness circuit that will focus on cardio, body weight exercises, building strength and flexibility using, aerial silks, trapeze, and aerial hoop. Circus Circuit is adaptable for all skill levels.
