This fully structured Trampoline class is open to beginner to intermediate level participants. Classes will be separated into smaller groups and coached at a skill appropriate level. Each class will also include conditioning in strength and flexibility. No experience is required! This is a great way to work toward your fitness goals, get back in shape, and have fun.
