Trampoline (12 years & up)

This fully structured Trampoline class is open to beginner to intermediate level participants. Classes will be separated into smaller groups and coached at a skill appropriate level. Each class will also include conditioning in strength and flexibility. No experience is required! This is a great way to work toward your fitness goals, get back in shape, and have fun.

Circus Aerials (12 years & up)

Running away with the circus is a great way to keep fit, keep motivated, have fun and cross another one off the bucket list! You do not require any experience or special training, just a desire to learn some very unique skills, develop amazing core strength and be a hot topic of conversation with your friends. Men and women are taught a variety of skills and combinations using aerial silks, aerial hoop and trapeze. Also covered are basic acrobatics and individual or partner balancing. Personalized training programs cater to each individual's goals and fitness objectives.

Circus Aerials is open for teens 12 & up as well as adults!

OPEN TRAINING (12 years & up)

This is a great opportunity for circus artists to train in one of Western Canada's best equipped circus facilities. This drop-in provides rigging points for a variety of apparatus: Aerial silks, aerial hoop, static trapeze, corde de lis, and cloud swing. Trampoline & tumble track are open as well.

Our gym will be open for unstructured Open Training each Monday evening through July & August. Open Training is a chance for experienced athletes to have a chance for unstructured, but Flip Coach supervised, training time on the apparatus of their choice. During Open Training participants will have access to aerials equipment, trampoline, tumble track, trampowall, floor space, and other equipment.

Please note that this is not a coached program. Participants must have experience and be able to train safely.

Class sizes for Summer programs are limited. Please book your space online in advance.

Whether it be acrobatics training for dance, dry land training for skiers, trampoline training for divers, or one on one coaching for individuals with special needs.
