This is a great way to get into fantastic shape, train for 'Tough Mudder' races or learn how to conquer obstacles used in the popular, American Ninja Warrior TV Series. Flip X-treme has the 14' warped wall, salmon ladder, giant monkey bars, ropes, rings and many other extreme obstacles. TRAMPOLINE

You're never too old to flip! This class accommodates beginners through to advanced recreational participants. A safe approach is taken to ensure basics and non-inverted skills are mastered before advancing onto flipping skills. The class is mixed levels. It's a great work out and lots of fun! Flip has a total of 5 full sized trampolines and 40 foot and 20 foot long tumble track trampolines.

*Please note that Spring Session Trampoline class has been cancelled. Trampoline classes will resume for Summer Session beginning on July 3 on Tuesday & Thursday evenings from 7:30 - 8:30 PM.

Minimum age for this program in Winter & Spring session is 15 years. Minimum age for Summer session is 13 years. There is no maximum age limit!

CIRCUS AERIALS

It's 2017 and running away with the circus is the best way to keep fit, keep motivated, have fun and cross another one off the bucket list! You do not require any experience or special training, just a desire to learn some very unique skills, develop amazing core strength and be a hot topic of conversation with your friends. Men and women are taught a variety of skills and combinations using aerial silks, aerial hoop and trapeze. Also covered are basic acrobatics and individual or partner balancing. Personalized training programs cater to each individual's goals and fitness objectives.

Minimum age for this program in Winter & Spring session is 15 years. Minimum age for Summer session is 13 years. There is no maximum age limit!

CIRCUS TRAC

Looking to push the limits of your comfort zone? Try our Circus TRAC! Trampowall, teeter board, Russian bar, acrobatics, and Chinese pole are all taught in this class. Participants should be in good shape and wanting to experience activities that have a huge WOW factor. Trampolinists, divers, free-style skiers, and gymnasts will pick up on these circus disciplines quickly. This class is also open to experienced circus performers looking for a fantastic place to train and network with other artists.

PROP JAM

Looking for a great space to spin, juggle and mingle? Flip hosts drop-in Prop Jam for circus artists, buskers, and anyone else needing high ceilings, good floors and a 30 foot stretch of mirrors for honing their talents. Sunday afternoon jam is held in Flip Arts (24 foot ceilings and 30 feet of mirrors, all props welcome). You can bring your own equipment or borrow pieces from Flip. Sorry - no fire props yet - we're working on it! Minimum age is 12 years, there is no maximum age limit.

OPEN CIRCUS TRAINING

This is a great opportunity for experienced circus artists to train in one of Western Canada's best equipped circus training centers. This Sunday drop-in provides rigging points for a variety of apparatus: Aerial silks, aerial hoop, static and swinging trapeze, corde de lis, cloud swing and straps. You can bring your own equipment or rent equipment from Flip. A Flip supervisor will be on hand however, this is not a structured class. Minimum age is 15.

Sport specific cross training is available to assist you in achieving your personal best. Whether it be acrobatics training for dance, dry land training for skiers, trampoline training for divers, or one on one coaching for individuals with special needs.
