Unlike other gyms, Flip has no hidden 'convenience fees' or 'membership dues'. Aside from GST, the prices advertised are a true reflection of what you pay.
Flip Factory offers:
Drop-in programs for various ages throughout the year, week long day camps in July and August, Winter Camp, Spring Break Camp, classes on a weekly basis for the Fall Session (Sept. - Dec.), Winter Session (Jan. - Mar.) and Spring Session (Apr. - Jun.). Late registrations are accepted if space permits and fees are pro-rated. Payment in full is required at the time of registering: Debit, M/C, Visa, Cheque(s). For Kidsport and Kids Can Play, a refundable deposit is required.
Party bookings for Flip Factory, Tot Spot, Flip Arts or Flip Extreme require payment in full at time of booking. When booking a larger event, corporate party, sleep-over, school group, cross training or private lessons, a 50% deposit is required with the balance due one week prior to the event.
Due to the high demand for our classes and bookings, we cannot 'hold' spots without payment. Cancellation Policy.
Flip X-treme & Flip Arts offer:
Drop-in classes, sessions, and open training times for professionals. Participants registered in a session have a guaranteed spot in the same class each week. If you are a 'no show' by class start time, your spot can be used by a drop-in participant. Drop-in participants can register by phone or online using M/C or Visa. Lost punch cards cannot be replaced. Punch cards can be used for a variety of adult classes. Cancellation Policy.
Tot Spot offers:
Drop-in for children 5 years and under and under the direct supervision of an adult caregiver. Tot Spot customers can pay as they go or purchase a 10 pass punch card. Our punch cards are transferable and have no expiry date. Lost punch cards cannot be replaced. Cancellation Policy.×
What if I need to re-book an event or switch to a different class?
To re-book an event, there is a $25 admin fee granted space is available on an alternate date and/or time. If the party or event is cancelled 15 or more days prior, the full amount paid less a $25 admin fee will be a credit on your Flip Account* that can be used for a future program, booking or transferred to another family member.
To switch to a different class day and/or time once you have registered and prior to the first class, there is a $25 admin fee granted space is available on an alternate day and/or time. If a different class is recommend for you or your child by Flip (example, a more advanced class or a less advanced class, or a different type of program) the only charge is the difference between the classes. If this results in an amount owing to the customer, this will be a credit on your Flip Account*.
What if I have to cancel my party or booking with 14 or fewer days notice?
Flip will retain 50% of the amount paid with the remaining 50% applied as a credit on your Flip Account*.
What if the class is not a good fit?
Please communicate your concerns to the Program Director or General Manager right away so that we can do everything in our power to rectify the situation. If you are still unhappy after the third class, we will provide you with a credit on your Flip Account* that can be used for a future program, booking or transferred to another family member, less a $25 admin fee.
What if my child is sick on the day of their party?
50% of the booking fee will be retained and 50% will be a credit on your Flip Account*.
What if I am injured or ill. What if my child is injured or ill?
If injury or illness will result in 6 consecutive missed classes, provide a doctor's note and email with the dates which will be missed. A credit on your Flip Account* will be applied. Credit amount will be based on the date which doctor's note was received. There will be no admin fee charged.
What if there is a snow storm, flood or any other act of nature?
No refunds or credit to Flip Account* will be issued.
What if my child leaves the day care center and is unable to complete the Flip Mobile session?
Provide us with an email indicating your child's last day. The refund will be based on remaining classes paid for once written notice is received or based on your child's last day, less a $25 admin fee. The admin fee will be waived if you choose to have the amount owing applied as a credit on your Flip Account for a future Flip program or booking.
What are your cancellation policies for Summer Camps?

- Flip Factory will provide a credit on your Flip Account* under the following circumstances:
- Medical reason up to and including the camp – 100% credit to account for unused days or portion thereof. A doctor's note must be provided.
- Compassionate – at the discretion of management.
- All other reasons – $25 admin fee is retained, the balance will be credited to your Flip Account for cancellations up to one week before camp starts.
- Cancellation with 6 days or less notice – $100 retained and balance is credited to your Flip Account
What if Flip cancels my class or my child's class?
If you are unable to reschedule for a similar class on a different day and/or time, a refund will be provided less any classes attended, no admin fee.
*What is a credit to my 'Flip Account'?
Under most circumstances, Flip Factory does not issue refunds. A credit to your Flip Account can be used for a future program, class, drop-in, punch card or booking through Flip Factory, Tot Spot, Flip Arts, Flip Extreme or Flip Mobile. The credit on your Flip Account is transferable. The credit on your Flip Account is valid for one year.
