Unlike other gyms, Flip has no hidden 'convenience fees' or 'membership dues'. Aside from GST, the prices advertised are a true reflection of what you pay.
Flip Factory offers:
Drop-in programs for various ages throughout the year, week long day camps in July and August, Winter Camp, Spring Break Camp, classes on a weekly basis for the Fall Session (Sept. - Dec.), Winter Session (Jan. - Mar.) and Spring Session (Apr. - Jun.). Late registrations are accepted if space permits and fees are pro-rated. Payment in full is required at the time of registering if paying with Debit or Cash. Monthly payments can be made with Visa, Mastercard, or post dated cheques. For Kidsport and Kids Can Play, a refundable deposit is required.
Party bookings for Flip Factory, Tot Spot, Flip Arts or Flip X-treme require payment in full at time of booking. When booking a larger event, corporate party, sleep-over, school group, cross training or private lessons, a 50% deposit is required with the balance due one week prior to the event.
Due to the high demand for our classes and bookings, we cannot 'hold' spots without payment. Cancellation Policy.
Flip X-treme & Flip Arts offer:
Drop-in classes, sessions, and open training times for professionals. Participants registered in a session have a guaranteed spot in the same class each week. If you are a 'no show' by class start time, your spot can be used by a drop-in participant. Drop-in participants can register by phone or online using Matercard or Visa. Lost punch cards cannot be replaced. Punch cards can be used for a variety of adult classes. Cancellation Policy.
Tot Spot offers:
Drop-in for children 5 years and under and under the direct supervision of an adult caregiver. Tot Spot customers can pay as they go or purchase a 10 pass punch card. Our punch cards are transferable and have no expiry date. Lost punch cards cannot be replaced. Cancellation Policy.×
We hate to see anyone go, but we understand that sometimes it happens! In order to cancel, reschedule, or withdraw from a class or booking we require a notice in writing. Requests to cancel, reschedule, or withdraw cannot be completed verbally, on the phone or in person. To request a change to your class or booking including rescheduling a time or date, withdrawing from a program, or cancelling a booking please send a written request to email@example.com
To cancel or reschedule your Flip Factory Party, Tot Spot Party, or Ninja Warrior Party booking Flip Factory requires 14 or more days’ of notice in writing. Bookings can be rescheduled to an alternate date or time (subject to availability). There is a $25 administration fee to reschedule a booking. If an alternate time does not work for you or you wish to cancel your party, a credit* will be placed on your Flip Factory Account less a $25 administration fee.
With 13 or fewer days’ notice in writing cancelling or rescheduling a party 50% of the amount paid will be placed as a credit* on your Flip Factory account and 50% will be retained by Flip Factory.
Sleepover Parties or Private Bookings:
To cancel or reschedule Sleepover or Private booking Flip Factory requires 14 or more days’ of notice in writing. Bookings can be rescheduled to an alternate date or time (subject to availability). There is a $25 administration fee to reschedule a booking. If an alternate time does not work for you or you wish to cancel your party, a credit* will be placed on your Flip Factory Account less a $25 administration fee.
With 13 or fewer days’ notice in writing cancelling or rescheduling a party your deposit is non-refundable and non-creditable and will be retained by Flip Factory. The balance of your booking less the deposit will be placed as a credit* on your Flip Factory Account.
If you wish to cancel or change your class within 3 weeks from the start of the session you may do so for any reason. To complete a cancellation or class change request Flip Factory requires a notice in writing. Credit* will be issued according to the date the written notice is received less any classes that have passed. Cancellations and class changes are subject to a $25 administrative fee. If you have monthly installments set up and wish to cancel your class you will receive a credit* on your Flip Factory Account for the unused classes that you have paid for less a $25 administration fee from the date written notice is received. Postdated payments will not be processed if withdrawn within three weeks of the start of the session.
Cancellations after the third week of class withdrawals will only be accepted for medical reasons if 6 or more consecutive classes will be missed. Medical cancellations require a doctor’s note with the dates of classes that will be missed. Credit* will be issued according to the date the doctor’s note is received. There will be no cancellation fees.
If the program director asks your child to move classes there will be no change fee. Participants are responsible for the price difference for moving a higher fee program. A credit* will be issued to your Flip Factory Account if switching into a program with lower fees.
If Flip Factory cancels your class and you are unable to reschedule to a similar class at a different time or day a refund will be provided less any classes that have passed prior to the cancellation.
No refunds or credit will be issued if there is a snow storm, flood, or any other act of nature.
No credit, refunds, or make up classes are offered when a student is absent from a class.
No refunds or credit will be issued for punch cards. Punch cards cannot be replaced if damaged, lost, or stolen. Tot Spot Punch Cards are fully transferable, can be used for multiple children, and never expire. 5 Class Punch Pass, 10 Class Punch Pass, and Ninja Warrior 10 Pass are non-transferable, valid only to the listed cardholder, and are subject to expiration dates as indicated on the card.
Summer Fun Pass:
Receive one Summer Fun Pass per person when you register for a Spring 2018 session between February 12 and February 22 2018. One Summer Fun Pass is valid for five Summer 2018 Drop In classes between July 9 and August 31. Drop in classes included are: Summer Sampler, Summer Extreme, Family Drop In, Tot Spot, Circus Aerials, or Trampoline running between July 9 - August 31 only. Drop in spots must be pre-booked online at www.amilia.com/store/en/flip-factory-inc/shop/programs or through the office at 403.265.2656. Each Summer Fun Pass is valid for one person and non-transferrable. Participants must meet the age requirements to join a drop in class. Summer Fun Pass has no cash value and cannot be returned for cash or credit.
Full week or single day camps can be cancelled for any reason with 7 or more days’ notice in writing. A credit* less a $25 administration fee will be placed on your Flip Factory Account. Camps can be rescheduled with 7 or more days’ notice in writing, providing an alternate camp is available. Rescheduling a camp is subject to a $25 administration fee. Cancellations or rescheduling with 6 or fewer days’ notice in writing will be subject to a $100 administration fee. Administration fees will be waived only if a doctor’s note is provided.
*Credit: When a party, booking, or class is cancelled a credit for the unused portion, less administration fees, will be placed on your Flip Factory Account. This credit can be used toward a future class, booking, party, drop in, or anything else that Flip Factory offers. Credit is transferable between family members. Please note that Flip Factory does not provide refunds for cancelled bookings or withdrawing from a class. Credits will not be issued without receiving a notice in writing of the change to your class or booking. Requests to cancel, reschedule, or withdraw cannot be completed verbally, on the phone or in person. Credits will be issued from the day we receive the notice in writing and are subject to the terms laid out in each program’s cancellation policy.
